Founder history

From business software to customer acquisition.

Arka Suryawan founded NusaDigital after building retail software, booking websites and property platforms, and working on the campaigns that bring customers to them. His experience covers both the sale and the systems needed to handle it.

How it started

Learning What Businesses Really Need

An enquiry is only the beginning. A prospective customer still needs accurate information and a response from someone who can help. Your team needs the enquiry to reach the right place, with enough detail to follow it up. Arka worked on business systems before moving into websites and marketing. That background explains why NusaDigital considers what happens after a click when planning a campaign.

  1. 2007–2018

Software used on the shop floor

In 2007, Arka founded CV Austindo Informatika and developed TheoERP. The system covered point of sale, stock control, inventory management and accounting, and was implemented in more than 30 retail companies. These were tools for daily work: recording a sale, checking stock and keeping accounts in order.

Between 2015 and 2018, TheoERP was rebuilt from a Windows application into a web-based system using ReactJS, NodeJS and MySQL. For a business commissioning software, this is relevant experience: the screens have to work with the records and processes behind them. That remains part of how NusaDigital approaches application development.

  2. 2012–2019

Websites that help people choose and book

From 2012 to 2015, Arka developed and managed more than 50 WordPress websites, with work that included SEO. His work with Mystoresandmore from 2013 to 2019 focused on tour and villa booking websites. This brought him closer to the questions customers ask before spending money on a trip or a stay.

A visitor needs to find the offer, understand the details and know how to book. Search visibility and website design therefore serve the same customer decision. At NusaDigital, that experience helps keep website discussions focused on what a visitor needs to do, alongside how the page looks.

  3. 2014–2023

Following the customer after the click

Arka managed Meta Ads, Google PPC and AdRoll retargeting campaigns, and used CrazyEgg to examine visitor behaviour. Looking at the ad and the website together makes it possible to investigate where a journey stops: the message may attract interest, while the page leaves a question unanswered or makes the next step hard to find.

From 2018 to 2020, he co-founded Bali Hotels and More with an Australian partner and developed an online travel agency integrated with Hotelbeds. The project put acquisition and booking operations in the same business. For hotel, villa and travel clients, that experience is relevant to both attracting an enquiry and providing a way to complete a booking.

  4. 2019–2025

Property marketing with the sales process in view

Arka's client work began under the mystoresandmore brand (CV Austindo Informatika, 2015). In 2019 Arka founded PT Austindo Informatika Dewata in Indonesia, trading as Geonet.me, and Geonet Me Pty Ltd in Australia, working across geographically targeted Meta Ads, SEO, websites, social media and cross-platform campaigns. In 2021, he founded Geonet Properties. His work included Geonet.Properties for online property booking and unit securing, and Squaremetre.io for property stock management, white-label use and sales channels.

An enquiry is harder to act on when availability is outdated or the sales team lacks the information a buyer needs. Property platforms make those operational details part of the marketing discussion. NusaDigital uses the same perspective when assessing lead generation: examine enquiry quality and follow-up alongside volume and acquisition cost.

  5. From 2023

    AI for defined tasks

From 2023, Arka began applying AI to audience analysis, chatbot development and business process automation. His work also included helping other organisations adopt AI and delivering workshops and training at universities. Software development and marketing gave him a basis for examining where those tools could fit into existing work.

The starting point is a task someone needs to complete. What information does it require? Where does a person need to check the result? Those questions help define the scope before selecting a model or building an automation. For a client, this keeps the discussion tied to the work being done and how its result will be assessed.

Working with us

What you can expect from this experience

You can discuss a campaign and the website, data or software it depends on with the same team. NusaDigital draws on its leadership experience across hospitality, cosmetics, aesthetic clinics, property development, investment and mortgage brokerage. The work starts with your customers and your current process, so the proposed scope addresses the part of the business that needs attention.

Next step

Start with the audit, not the contract.

Tell us what you sell and where your enquiries come from today. We will come back with what we would change first — whether or not you hire us.
